Cold Potato Powder

Blanch the vermicelli.

After removing it, throw it twice with cold boiled water.

In a small bowl, add soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and shallot oil and mix well to form a juice.

The celery leaves are blanched and dried, then add 1 tablespoon of the juice and stir to taste.
5.
Mix the vermicelli with the remaining sauce.
6.
Then add the already mixed celery leaves.
Tips:
Cannot use sweet potato flour instead. If you don’t like celery, the vermicelli is also delicious when mixed alone.
