Cold Wild Amaranth

For wild amaranth, remove the old stems and old leaves, wash them and put them in a hollow basket for later use. Remove the pedicles and seeds of the red pepper, then cut in half, peel the garlic cloves and chop them.

Put the water in a pot to boil, put the wild amaranth and red pepper in the pot to blanch the water.

Do not dig wild vegetables that you are not sure about to prevent poisoning, and do not dig wild vegetables in places with serious environmental pollution.
