Amaranth and Pork Dumplings

1. Wash wild amaranth, soak in light salt water for 10 minutes, rinse, remove and let dry

2. Put it in boiling water to scald softly and remove the water control

4. Wash the leek and control water and cut into grinds

5. Chopped green onion, minced ginger

6. Add salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder to the meat
