Coleslaw

1. Soak the dried stone cauliflower in water for 30 minutes.

2. Cut the cucumber into wide strips together with the soaked agar, smash the garlic, chop the dried chili, and cut into sections. Stir the aroma and pour into the cucumber and agar.

3. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, chicken essence and a little bit of sesame oil to mix together, and serve as a refreshing cold dish in summer.
