Colorful Fried Bird Shell

1. Live bird shell

2. Get the meat out of the shell. Wash and set aside.

3. Colorful: carrot, dried chili, fungus, green onion, garlic

4. Saute the pot with chopped green onion first.

5. Pour the bird shells and stir fry, add some oyster sauce,

6. Pour the colorful colors and stir fry.

7. Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
