Colorful Pickled Peppers

Wash the colorful peppers and let them dry.

Cut off the stalks.

Peel the garlic cloves and set aside.

Tips:
Adding rock sugar can neutralize part of the spicy fruit stalk without cutting it. You can hold the fruit stalk directly when eating.
