Pan-fried Chicken Chop

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and lightly chop the back of the knife against the lines of the muscles

Marinate chicken, salt, cooking wine and colorful pepper for 20 minutes.

Dip the marinated chicken slices in the egg liquid
4.
Wrap the breadcrumbs on the meat slices sticking to the egg liquid
5.
Pour olive oil in the pan and start frying on medium heat
6.
Fry until the chicken steak is golden on both sides
