Steamed Garlic Oysters
1.
The oysters are in the steamer after prying open the shell
2.
Put it in the steamer. Don't steam two layers at a time. Because the outside of the shell should not be very clean even after washing, in order to prevent steam water from contaminating the lower layer of oysters. Let's steam it separately layer by layer.
3.
Squeeze the juice with ginger foam followed by minced garlic (a head of garlic), minced chili (personal acceptability can’t eat, put less or don’t put it, I use bell peppers can be spicy with millet or Zhitian pepper) half a bowl of water, half Liquor capped, a little salt, and oil are mixed into a sauce. I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, I will fill in my brain😂
4.
The cold water starts to steam, each sprinkled with seasoning sauce. Sprinkle twice more.
5.
Time for 6 minutes after the water is boiled. Sprinkle the sauce again while boiling.
6.
Steam it for 6 minutes and it will be cooked. It doesn't take a long time. The meat doesn't taste good when it gets old.
7.
Found a little crab and a little mussel
8.
I feel that I have come to Lilliputian Country.
Tips:
I steamed two pots, one is spicy, because the baby and mother-in-law do not eat spicy, the other is non-spicy light oil, a little salt, and steamed fish soy sauce.
The mixed raw garlic sauce is also delicious!
There is a small crab in an oyster. The fingernails are so big that they are so yellow. Haha
