Colorful Sea Cucumber

Dried wild sea cucumbers are soaked in cold water, put them in a pot of cold water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove and cool, remove the internal organs and wash them. Repeatedly cook in cold water and slow heat until the sea cucumbers can be pinched through. Three days, take out and cut thick strips.

Prepare high bamboo shoots, lettuce heads, carrots and yellow onions;
