Scallion Sea Cucumber

Dried wild sea cucumbers are soaked in cold water, put in a cold water pot and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove and cool, remove the internal organs, and wash them. Repeatedly cook in cold water and slow heat until the sea cucumbers can be pinched through. Refrigerate for three days;

Cut into long strips.

Prepare broccoli, yellow onion, broccoli, remove and wash, and cut yellow onion into sections.

The broccoli is cooked in boiling water with oil and salt, then drained and placed in a large plate.

Heat the oil on a low fire, fry the green onions until the skin turns dark and remove;

Add water, put sea cucumber, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and pepper to a boil;

Boil on medium heat for about five minutes;

Heat the soup until spitting oil, and shovel the sea cucumber into the plate.
