Lunch for one person, simple but enjoy~

Ingredients

Colorful Sushi

1. Cucumber peeled and cut into strips

2. Carrots peeled and cut into strips

3. Boil the eggs in boiling water (lazy practice, no oil pan), preferably spread into egg skins

4. Add the rice to the sushi vinegar, mix well and let cool (the rice is cooked with purple sweet potatoes so it turns pink)

5. Sushi Nori on the Sushi Curtain

6. Spread the rice and press slightly

7. Put the sliced eggs

8. Put the pork floss

9. Squeeze the ketchup

10. Put the cucumber sticks and carrot sticks

11. Roll it up and cut into pieces for a while

Tips:

Ketchup is also delicious when replaced with salad dressing. If there is no salad dressing at home, I use tomato sauce instead.
