Colostrum Milk Tofu

The bowl on the left is colostrum, and the bowl on the right is regular milk. It is obvious that the color of colostrum is yellow

Pour the colostrum into a bowl, boil the water in the pot and put it into the steamer,

Cover the pot with a drawer cloth. I don't want to cover the bowl with plastic wrap. The cloth is used to prevent water vapor from falling into the bowl. It has the same effect as plastic wrap, but this method is safer. Put the lid on and unfold the tibula. Steam for 8 minutes.

The colostrum becomes milk tofu after steaming.

The steamed milk tofu is the same porcelain as the northern tofu. Use a spoon to pry it apart.

Pour out the milk tofu. Diced

Dice and put it in a bowl to see if the white milk tofu is the same as tofu.

When I steamed, I didn’t put any sugar in it. I can use jam to flavor it. This is for blueberry jam.

I like sweet-scented osmanthus, so I use sweet-scented osmanthus to taste.
