Steamed and Stewed Colostrum

The colostrum that I bought is all yellow in color, unlike the usual milk that is white. Pour into a porcelain bowl. If you want to eat sweet, you can put sugar, but I love the original flavor, and I didn't put any sweetness.

Put the water in the pot into the steamer after boiling

Cover the lid and use a spoon to support the lid with a little gap so that the steam will not flow into the bowl. There is no need to cover the bowl with plastic wrap. After all, plastic wrap is not safe.

Steam on medium heat for 8 minutes, do not open the lid and keep it warm for 5 minutes. After opening it, I gave my mother-in-law a bowl while it was hot, and there were only two bowls when I took pictures.
