Steamed and Stewed Rose Colostrum

The color of the colostrum that I bought back is not as white as milk, but creamy yellow, very thick

Pour the colostrum into the container, take an appropriate amount of rose paste, this rose paste is a new one I made this year

Add a spoonful of rose sauce to a bowl and stir well

Put the water in the steamer after boiling

Cover the drawer with cloth, and then cover the lid to tighten the drawer to prevent it from falling into the milk. Covering the drawer cloth can prevent steam from flowing into the milk, making the surface unsightly.

Steam for 10 minutes and take it out of the pot.

Put it on a spoon, it’s very thick, a bit thicker than normal tofu

Add a small spoonful of rose sauce, add a spoonful of brown sugar water and enjoy. My stomach is a bit cold, so I added brown sugar water, rose sauce is sweet, and it’s ok without sugar water.
Tips:
I stew a lot, I only add rose sauce to one bowl, the other can be adjusted according to the family’s preference
