Fruity Milk Tofu
1.
Boil the rock sugar with an appropriate amount of water until the rock sugar is completely melted.
2.
Wash the strawberries and put them in rock sugar water.
3.
Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes, and let the boiled strawberry with rock sugar cool for later use.
4.
Pour the colostrum into the container.
5.
Cover the surface of the container with plastic wrap to prevent water from entering when steaming, and use a toothpick to puncture the plastic wrap for ventilation. Steam in a pot on boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
6.
Let the steamed soft tofu let cool, and scrape it along the edge of the bowl with a stripping knife to facilitate stripping.
7.
When it is deducted, the colostrum becomes milk tofu. Isn’t it amazing?
8.
Cut the milk tofu into cubes of the required size.
9.
Put the milk tofu in a bowl and top with rock sugar and strawberries.
10.
I also steamed a bottle in a small bottle, and it is okay to pour it with rock sugar and strawberries and eat it directly.
Tips:
Colostrum does not need any addition, because it also has many active enzymes, which will naturally solidify into tofu-like after being steamed.
