Condensed Milk Ice Cream
1.
Prepare materials
2.
Take a steel basin and pour milk
3.
Add whipped cream
4.
Add condensed milk
5.
Stir evenly with a manual whisk, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to freeze overnight
6.
The next day, take it out and dig a round ball with a spoon and put it into a glass container.
Tips:
1. This ice cream has almost no ice residue, even if it is frozen overnight, it will not be very hard. Use a ball digger to dig from the surface until it is full of a spherical shape. If you find it difficult to dig, you can put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes in advance.
2. I use Nestlé condensed milk. Some brands of condensed milk are sweeter, so you can reduce the amount of condensed milk by 10-20 grams.
