Today, I’m cooking the recently super-hot teacher Yu Qian’s white chicken. It’s also very simple and hassle-free. The ingredients used today are Tyson’s grain-fed boy chicken thighs. When the chicken legs are boiled directly in white water, put some shallots, ginger slices and star anise.
