Corn Silk Red Dates and White Fungus Soup
1.
Soak the white fungus in advance, prepare corn whiskers, rock sugar, and red dates
2.
Wash the red dates and wash the corn whiskers several times to avoid impurities or bugs. The washed corn whiskers will be smoothed. Gently tie a knot and do not use too much force, otherwise it will break.
3.
Tear the white fungus into small flowers, put the red dates and knotted corn into the casserole and add enough water
4.
Choose syrup program or quick soup, either, the casserole will start to work
5.
When the white fungus is boiled out of gum and the soup becomes thick, end the procedure, add rock sugar, stir and mix well
6.
Then use chopsticks to pick up the corn whiskers, and then squeeze it with a spoon, because there will be a lot of soup inside. You see, the corn whiskers after squeezing are still in a complete knot state, which proves that this method is still good. There is no corn whisker mixed in
7.
Take out the corn silk and you can enjoy this sweet soup
