Crab Pot

Clean the meat crab, pry open the shell, remove the crab gills, crab intestines, crab stomach, and crab heart, and then cut the crab in half.

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, clean them, and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the lotus root and slice it, wash and cut the green pepper into circles, wash and cut the dried pepper into sections, peel off the ginger, wash and mince, peel off the garlic, wash and set aside.

Pour the starch into the plate, and dip the cut of the crab meat in the starch.

Put a proper amount of oil in the pan to heat up, put the crabmeat covered with starch with the cut side down, and fry it in the oil, and put the crab shells together.

Fry one side and turn on the other side and continue to fry, fry it and transfer it to the plate for later use.

Wash the pot, put the chicken feet in the pot, put in an appropriate amount of water, boil the water over high heat, and blanch the chicken feet with cold water. Rinse the blanched chicken feet with cold water and set aside.

Then add 30g Pixian bean paste, 20g fermented soy sauce, and 20g shacha sauce and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Pour 10g light soy sauce, 10g cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, and 8g oyster sauce into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.

After cooking, add lotus root slices, stir-fry evenly, and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour in the crab, stir fry evenly, and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour in the green chili rings and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add 5g chicken bouillon and a little sugar, stir fry for 2 minutes, and it will be out of the pan.
17.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds out of the pot and start eating.

Tips:
1. The chicken feet should be blanched and then rinsed, so that it will not smell when cooked.
