During the Spring Festival holiday, I went back to my hometown and visited relatives and friends every day. Various gatherings included eating and drinking or shopping, but I was too busy. Sometimes I missed the good time of mixing dough and baking bread in the sun when I was in Beijing. I didn’t make the breakfast at my hometown. I did whatever my mother did. I didn’t cook for a few days. I missed the little days of making breakfast by myself. Now the normal pace of life is restored, Duo Duo will start school next week, and Duo’s mother’s breakfast can be seen every day!

When it comes to breakfast, bread is a staple food that often appears in my breakfast. Using different recipes and different modeling techniques, you can bake bread with different flavors and shapes, but there is another feature of our homemade bread that is less sugar and less sugar. For oil, I generally try not to put butter. I like the aroma of flour after baking. It has no additives and is very delicious. Although the bread I made at the beginning was not very good, after continuous practice in the past few years, my bread has become more and more diverse, and the taste is getting better and better. The recipes I use now are all made by myself. Low-oil and low-sugar is healthier. I was praised by my family and friends, and made me a little proud. This cranberry garland bread was made a year ago. It has a uniform color and good taste. It is made in two round heart shapes. The children like to eat it because there has been no recipe for the Chinese New Year. Let’s share the making process today. !

Tips:

【Production Tips】
Bread flour is recommended to use special wheat flour for bread, high gluten is easy to succeed, and it is easier to knead out the film;
The water absorption of each type of dough will be different. It is recommended to reserve a part of the liquid when mixing, and add it according to the situation during the mixing process;
Kneading dough is the key when making bread. Generally, about 300g of flour is hand-kneaded faster. If you can't knead by hand or if the amount of flour is large, it is recommended to use a bread machine or a cook machine to help knead the dough to make the film easier;
During the dough shaping process, the process of letting the dough relax twice cannot be omitted, because the loose dough can withstand kneading without breaking;
Since the temperature of each oven will be slightly different, the baking temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only, please adjust according to your own oven;
If the toasted bread is not eaten up at that time, it is recommended to put it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it sealed. It can be stored for about 48 hours. If it is stored for a long time, it needs to be frozen.
