In a twinkling of an eye, spring comes, the temperature rises, the rain increases, the earth, flowers and trees wake up, and all kinds of spring scenery show people this beautiful time.

Natural dyes from various vegetables add unlimited springtime to the dining table.
In addition to using various vegetable juices to make noodles and making dumplings, I also like to make crepes. Thin colored biscuits, rolled with my favorite dishes, I can eat a lot of them in one go.

3. Take 150 grams of high-gluten wheat flour, first add half of the vegetable juice and stir with a whisk until there are no particles, then add the remaining vegetable juice and stir, then add salt and mix well.

4. Stir the carrot batter, purple cabbage batter and spinach batter.

5. Preheat the electric baking pan, pour a small spoonful of the batter, and scrape it thinly with a scraper.

6. Take it out after it's cooked, and the surface doesn't need to be colored.

7. Bake all the batter in turn, stirring the batter with a spoon every time you scoop the batter.

8. Baked pancakes.

9. The baked crepes are rolled up with your favorite dishes, or you can put some sauce on them.
