Cranberry Ice Cream

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the dried cranberries in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.

Add starch to the egg yolk and mix well.

Add pure milk and sugar to a boil over medium and low heat

Pour the mixed egg mixture into the boiling milk, stir while pouring, boil again, turn off the heat.

Pour it into a container, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
7.
Mix every two hours, repeat twice, add the drained dried cranberries for the last time, mix well, and freeze overnight.

The amount of sugar can be reduced by 20g
