Prepare the main ingredients

Beat the eggs, pour the milk into the bread bucket and mix

When adding flour in the bread bucket, add yeast powder in two times, and the bread machine sets the kneading program for 33 minutes. The kneading time is different for different bread machines, and I use the Patui bread machine.

The first kneading program ends with cranberry fruit

After kneading the dough in the bread machine, cover it with a plastic wrap and ferment

The fermented noodles are put on the chopping board to exhaust

Roll into a cylindrical shape

Divide into noodles of the same size

Take a dough and knead a dozen times

Put it in the baking tray for second fermentation

Set the oven temperature to 35 degrees for 8 minutes, turn off the oven. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Natural fermentation for about 35 minutes

After the second fermentation is over, brush the egg liquid, sprinkle with dry powder, and cut with a sharp knife according to personal preference. Oven setting: 150 degrees up and down, hot air mode, time 25 minutes.

Tips:
1. The eggs are broken up first, and an appropriate amount of egg liquid can be reserved for brushing the bread
2. Warm milk and noodles are beneficial to the fermentation of noodles
3. Don't make the noodles too soft and fermented
4. The oven temperature in this recipe is for reference only
