Cranberry Yogurt

First blanch the yogurt bottle and the stirring spoon with boiling water, control the water, and set aside

Pour the fungus powder into one of the cups

Pour in the right amount of milk

Stir well with a spoon

Take an appropriate amount of cranberry pellets and spread a layer on the bottom of each cup. In the last cup with milk, just put the cranberries in it directly, it doesn’t have to be spilled on the bottom of the cup, it will sink to the bottom by itself

Pour the well-stirred milk into each cup separately

Then pour pure milk separately

Cover the lid and put it in the yogurt machine to ferment for 8-10 hours

Take it out after fermentation, put it in the refrigerator for several hours, the flavor will be better
Tips:
Both the container of fermented yogurt and the spoon used for stirring should be boiled.
After fermentation, take it out and put it in the refrigerator for several hours to get a better flavor.
