Recently I like to make cranberry yogurt. Sprinkle a layer of cranberry on the bottom of each bottle, and then pour milk mixed with bacterial powder. It is no different from the fermentation of plain yogurt, but it tastes unusually delicious. You can eat full, sweet and sour cranberries. No need to put sugar or honey, the sweetness is just right!
I make 2 cartons of milk each time, which happens to be 4 bottles. If I use all the pudding bottles, it is 5 small bottles (because my yogurt maker can't hold 5 pudding bottles, all the pudding bottles need to be fermented by the bread machine. ) Eat a large cup or two small bottles every day, (but sometimes when you are away from home, you will only eat one bottle. My husband only eats it occasionally, so I basically eat it all.) Make it after eating. It will be fresher. For two boxes of milk, use half a bag of bacterial powder, which is 0.5 g. Fold the opening of the remaining half bag, wrap it in two layers with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for freezer storage. Use it next time. "
