Crispy and Refreshing Vinegar Cabbage
1.
Remove the leaves of Chinese cabbage and leave it to wash and cut into slices. Put it in a container and marinate for about 1 hour with an appropriate amount of salt.
2.
Wash the dried red pepper and cut into small pieces for later use.
3.
Put 1 spoon of corn oil in the wok, saute the peppercorns and remove the peppercorns.
4.
Marinate the cabbage to help squeeze out the water, put it in a pot and stir fry, then add red pepper, vinegar, and sugar to taste.
5.
After the taste is tasted, the pot can be put on a plate, and it is ready to be eaten.
Tips:
1. The leaves of the cabbage are removed and only the stalks are left in order to maintain the crispy and tender taste.
2. The marinating time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
