Open the package and observe the ingredients. This bag has more parts to open the oil, so you don’t need to put the oil when you make it.

The oily one (this bag of crispy bones is too oily), so I didn't use it for pouring the crispy bones, just for serving. If you like the oily taste, you can use it to pour the sauce on the noodles.
