Crispy Fish Fillet

Cut the pansa fish into long strips and marinate for half an hour with marinade and cooking wine.

Add the egg white and mix well. Coated with breadcrumbs.
3.
They are all wrapped up and fried together to avoid confusion.
4.
The first time the small fire set the shape, the second time the fire was crispy.
5.
When it comes out of the pot, it melts in your mouth!
