Fresh Cordyceps Chicken Soup

Take out the chicken broth ahead of time to thaw

Tips:
There are seasonings in the chicken broth, so just add chicken essence and spring onions. The fish balls I made are ugly, but they are delicious and have a heavy fish taste. This dish is better when cooked with simmered chicken broth.
