My mother loves chicken soup, and I love pork ribs and lotus root soup. Mom loves to put red dates in chicken soup. I always hear my mother say that chicken soup is nutritious and nourishing. Fresh Cordyceps Chicken Soup

1. Take out the chicken broth ahead of time to thaw

2. Drain the cordyceps flower after washing

3. Take out the pangasius in advance to thaw

4. Defrosted pansa fish cut into pieces

5. Wash clean

6. Put it in the meat grinder and stir into puree

7. Add egg white

13. Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, add the fish balls and cook them until they float. After cooking, take them out and set aside. Only half of them are used. The fish balls are ugly.

14. The chicken soup is thawed, put it in a pot and boil

Tips:

There are seasonings in the chicken broth, so just add chicken essence and spring onions. The fish balls I made are ugly, but they are delicious and have a heavy fish taste. This dish is better when cooked with simmered chicken broth.
