Crispy Fried Fresh Milk

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the milk, sugar, cornstarch and condensed milk into a clean container and stir evenly with a whisk.

Pour it into the pot, heat it on a low fire, wait for the temperature in the pot to rise, and stir continuously with a spoon.

Stir it into a paste and turn off the heat if you feel the milk paste has a certain degree of hardness.
