Crispy Seaweed

Half a piece of Zhoushan no sand super-grade seaweed, evenly spread cooking oil on both sides (the oil brush is too oily, I applied it by hand), sprinkle with a little salt.

Preheat the oven at 120°C for 5 minutes, and bake at 140°C for 5 minutes.

Remove the baking tray and sprinkle white sesame seeds evenly on both sides. Bake for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Simmer for a while.

Sprinkle cumin powder, pepper powder and chili powder evenly on both sides. Cut into strips.

Plate.

Tips:
PS: Seaweed is dried by itself, just a little bit of roasting. Don't sprinkle too much salt.
