Cumin Lamb

Prepare the ingredients, wash them, and cut them for later use.

Wash and slice prairie lamb. Put it on a plate, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, water starch and mix evenly to marinate for a taste.

Pour less than half of the pot oil into the pot, heat the oil and pour into the prairie lamb, stirring constantly with chopsticks in the middle.

4. Remove the lamb after its discoloration, pour out the oil, and leave a small amount of oil in the pot.

Add the chopped garlic and ginger and stir fry.

Pour in mutton and stir fry for a while, sprinkle in chili powder and cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

Put the picked coriander segments into the pan and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. I chose Sechinar Prairie Lamb, pure prairie lamb, you can buy it on Sechinar Farming and Animal Husbandry.
2. Cut the mutton into water, add a little rice vinegar, remove the mutton after boiling, and continue cooking to remove the mutton smell.
3. If you don't like to eat chili, you can leave out chili powder, but some chili is still better.
