Cumin Lamb

Cut the lamb into finger-thick beef strips and put them in a bowl for later use.

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika powder, white pepper powder on top of beef strips, 1 teaspoon chicken essence, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, appropriate chili sauce, mix well .

Spread a layer of honey, add a little cooking oil, spicy oil, mix well, and then marinate for half an hour.

Prepare some onions and sweet peppers, put them in the air fryer, spray a layer of oil, and bake them at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
