Cumin White Fish

Ingredients: small white herring starch, egg, cumin powder, chili powder, cooking wine, ginger, green onion, vegetable oil

Wash the small white fish with water and drain the water

Mince the green onion and ginger, marinate the small fish with cooking wine and green onion and ginger for more than 20 minutes

Beat the eggs and mix well

Add starch and mix well

Add cumin powder and chili powder, mix well

Add the marinated fish and coat it with egg wash

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat 50% of the oil, add small white fish

Fry until hard on one side, turn over and continue to fry until golden brown

Be careful to stick together
General fried ingredients add very little salt
