Curry Breaded Crab
1.
Wash the crab, peel off the gills, smash the crab claws with the back of a knife, chop garlic cloves, ginger, and onion into small pieces, and cut potatoes into small pieces. The most important thing for a delicious dish is the ingredients. I bought imported cooked and frozen British breaded crabs from JD.com. The origin is Ireland. It is larger in size, full of meat, and has a lot of crab roe.
2.
Pour in vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and marinate the crabs for 15 minutes;
3.
After marinating, take it out, pour in the egg liquid and mix it, don’t throw away the marinated ingredients;
4.
When the pot is hot, pour in a proper amount of olive oil. After heating, pour in the ginger, garlic and onion, stir fry for a fragrance and pour it into a bowl for later use;
5.
Pour butter and olive oil into the pot and heat until the butter is completely melted;
6.
Pour in the crab mixed with egg liquid, stir fry until the egg liquid is solidified, pour it into a bowl and set aside;
7.
Pour the water and the seasoning for the crabs in the pot to boil, add the fried ginger, garlic, onion and curry cubes, stir with chopsticks until the curry is completely melted;
8.
Pour in the crab and potato pieces, cover and simmer until the soup thickens;
9.
Pour in coconut milk and cook to the consistency you like.

Finished product.
Tips:
The marinated seasonings and curry cubes already contain salt, and the crab itself also contains salt, so there is no need to add salt throughout the process. Crab shells are very hard, so break them up in advance.
