The leftover rice and fried dough sticks, plus curry, pork floss, and lettuce make a perfect breakfast snack.

Curry Rice Wrapped You Tiao

1. Prepare the ingredients and grill the rice

2. Put the fried dough sticks in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake until crispy (remember to turn over halfway)

3. Wash the purple lettuce and cut into thin strips

4. Put the curry into a bowl and add a spoonful of water into the microwave for 40 seconds to melt, take out and mix well

5. Pour the curry into the rice (the rice should be slightly warm)

6. Stir thoroughly

7. Cover the sushi curtain with plastic wrap

8. Pour in the mixed rice, flatten and compress it with a spatula

9. Spread some shredded lettuce
