I’m used to traditional rice, today I changed my way of eating it and made a fragrant brushed cheese baked rice, with the aroma of beef balls, it’s perfect~

Cheese Meatballs Baked Rice

1. Shred the onion, slice the shiitake mushrooms, dice tomatoes and meatballs and set aside.

2. Heat the pan and put the oil, pour in the onions and stir fry to get the fragrance.

3. Add diced tomatoes and fry until they are broken.

4. Add diced meatballs, shiitake mushroom slices, and tomato sauce (you can also add spicy sauce to babies who like spicy food).

5. Stir all the ingredients until they are cut off and turn off the heat.

6. Put cooked rice in the baking dish, being careful not to press it too hard.

7. Spread the fried ingredients.

8. Sprinkle the surface with shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded basil (can be omitted).

9. After the oven is preheated, place the middle layer and heat up and down at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Tips:

1. If the ingredients are too dry when frying, add some water appropriately, the soup will be more delicious if it penetrates into the rice.
2. The beef balls can be replaced with other meatballs or diced chicken, etc. any meat you like.
3. Due to the temperature difference of the oven, the roasting time will be different, so wait until the surface of the cheese becomes golden.
