Curry Risotto

Cut the pork pieces into even sizes and put them in a conditioning bowl.

Soy sauce is added to the pork.

You can adjust the amount of curry powder added to your liking (Japanese curry is sweeter).

Add a tablespoon of sugar.

Begin to massage the meat and mix the seasonings and meat thoroughly.

Add Indian yellow curry powder.

After mixing well, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (not frozen).

Put 3 tablespoons of Indian curry powder in a dry pan.

Add low-gluten flour.

Stir the flour and curry for 35 minutes.

In another pot, heat the oil in the pot to 180°C, and pour in the marinated meat.
