Cute Monkey Gnocchi
1.
Divide the glutinous rice flour into two portions, 200 grams and 100 grams, and add 15 grams of cocoa powder to the 200 grams portion and mix well.
2.
Add 200ml of warm water to the cocoa noodles to form a cocoa dough.
3.
Cover the cocoa dough tightly and set aside.
4.
Add another 100 grams of glutinous rice flour to 110 milliliters of warm water to form a white dough.
5.
Cover the same white dough tightly and set aside.
6.
Put 150 grams of cooked peanuts peeled and 150 grams of sugar into the food processor and break them together into fillings.
7.
Take a portion of the cocoa dough and flatten it into a round slice, and pack it with peanut filling. (The dough is the size of a litchi)
8.
Squeeze the mouth tightly and round it slightly to squeeze it.
9.
Take an appropriate amount of white dough and press it into thin slices, and use a small heart-shaped mold to press out a heart piece. (No mold can be pinched by hand)
10.
Put some water on the heart piece and paste it on the surface of the glutinous rice balls to make the face of the little monkey.
11.
Then use a thick straw to press out a few small dots of cocoa noodles to make the eyes and mouth of the little monkey. (You can use a straw to press the small dots into two halves to paste on your mouth)
12.
Place small dots on both ends of the heart shape to make eyes. Take the white dough from the ears and press them into small dots and stick them on both sides to finish. The rest of the dough can be freely shaped as you like.
13.
I also improvised cat claws, pandas and piglets.
14.
All styling is complete.
15.
Put an appropriate amount of sugar and water in the pot to boil, and boil the dumplings until they float and you are ready to eat.

Tips:
When sculpting the face, apply some water to make it sticky. The filling can be changed according to your own taste. When kneading the dough for filling, you can knead the dough halfway and half pressure. Because glutinous rice is not as easy to handle as flour.
