Dieffenbachia
1.
Dried dieffenbachia bought in supermarkets or vegetable farms are soaked for about 30 minutes after washing them with water.
2.
Squeeze the water dry by hand and set aside.
3.
Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, put the soaked Dieffenbachia into Chuoshui. The time for the soaking time should not be too long, about 5 seconds. If the time is too long, the Dieffenbachia will not be crisp.
4.
Drain the dieffenbachia and set aside.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of minced garlic.
6.
Add some salt.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of granulated sugar.
8.
Add Lee Kum Kee cold sauce.
9.
Drizzle with an appropriate amount of olive oil.
10.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of ground black pepper.
11.
Finally, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and use chopsticks to stir all the ingredients evenly.
12.
In order to look good, you can use a small bowl to fill the Dieffenbachia, and use a spoon to flatten the Dieffenbachia in the middle of the plate, and decorate it with crushed peanuts before eating.
