Dirty Milk Cap Iced Milk Tea

Pour the soda into the ice tray 2 hours in advance and freeze it into ice cubes in the refrigerator; I use lemon honey, which has a refreshing taste;

Milk tea raw materials are ready: pure milk, cold water, black tea bags, brown sugar pearls, brown sugar syrup; milk tea machine; brown sugar syrup method, see "Private Talk" at the end of the article;

Put the black tea bag into the tea net, and then tighten the lid; the Lipton black tea bag I used, you can also use other such as Ceylon black tea;

Pour cold water and pure milk into the milk tea machine; the ratio of the two is 1:1. If there is too much milk, the taste of black tea will be suppressed;

Put it into the tea net, turn on the electricity, and select the "milk tea" program;

The milk has gradually changed from the initial milky white to brown, and a delicate and fragrant milk tea can be produced in 25 minutes;

5 minutes before completion, pour the cooked and thawed brown sugar pearl milk tea into the milk tea from the mouth of the lid;

After cooling the milk tea to a satisfactory temperature, remove the pearls, prepare a glass cup, and pour the pearls into the cup;

Hang the brown sugar syrup on the wall of the cup with a small spoon;

Pour milk tea; the temperature of the milk tea determines the speed at which the syrup melts;

Then put the frozen lemon honey soda ice cubes into the milk tea, and then squeeze the whipped cream;

Put a piece of Oreo button on the surface, sprinkle a little Oreo, pour a little syrup, plug in a straw and drink.
Tips:
1. After adding soda ice cubes, the sweetness and taste will not be diluted. If you only add pure water ice cubes, as the ice cubes melt, the taste of milk tea will also become weaker;
2. Whipped cream can be whipped up when cooling milk tea, no need to add sugar;
3. The decorations on the milk cover can be placed as you like, including biscuits, cereals, fruit candies, chocolates, etc.
