Donuts

Pour the millet noodles, millet noodles, and high-gluten flour into the bread machine, and add a small spoon of salt

Pour in 30 grams of whole egg liquid, 4 grams of yeast, and 70 grams of warm water, and start the automatic dough fermentation function of the bread machine

After mixing the dough at low speed, pour in unsalted butter

After the dough is kneaded, put it in the bread machine and wait for it to rise

In about 80 minutes, the dough will rise to double its size. Press a hole with your hand and no longer bulge to indicate that the fermentation is complete.

Take out a part of the dough and wrap it in the red bean and red date filling

Close the mouth into a pie, flatten the pie with a rolling pin, the size is about the same as the diameter of the doughnut

Roll the other dough into a 1 cm thick rectangle and press it into a doughnut mold

After everything is done, place it at room temperature, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for another 40 minutes. The doughnuts will swell a little
