Huang Mo

Mix flour, yeast powder and 60 grams of water evenly, and put into a bowl after forming a dough

Ferment in a warm place until it swells and then falls back (about 2-2.5 hours)

Mix the millet noodles, millet noodles and sugar evenly, and put in the yeast

Add warm water to form a dough with moderate hardness and leave for 6-8 hours

Knead the fermented dough again, and divide the kneaded dough into 60 grams each

Take a dough and press it flat, and pack 20 grams of red bean paste

Close the mouth and knead gently to form a round shape, and wrap everything up in turn

Steam in a pot on high heat for 20 minutes
