Double Skin Milk

② Separate the egg yolk from the egg white first, add sugar to the egg white and beat it up

After boiling the steamer, add milk and steam for a few minutes. After cooling, a layer of milk skin floats on top

Use a knife to make a cut along the edge of the milk skin

Pour the milk in the bowl into another container, leaving some milk at the bottom of the bowl to prevent the skin from sticking

Then pour the beaten egg whites into the milk in another container and mix well

Use a fine sieve to filter out some unbroken impurities

Cover with plastic wrap and put on the steamer for 10-15 minutes

After cooling, you can decorate your favorite fruits on it.
