Double Skin Milk

Pour pure milk into the pudding bowl and cover with plastic wrap;

Steam in cold water for 15 minutes on high heat;

Take the egg white from the egg, add sugar and stir evenly;

After the milk cools down, use a knife to make a small cut on the milk skin on the surface;
5.
Pour the milk into the beaten egg whites, and stir again;
6.
Sieve three times;

The sifted milk is slowly poured back into the pudding bowl;

Cover with plastic wrap, insert a few small holes with a toothpick, steam on low heat for 15 minutes, then bake for 5 minutes;
9.
Sprinkle some mango flesh on it, and it's ok.
