Double Skin Milk (kiwi)

The egg whites are separated, and the milk is poured into a bowl.

Put a little white sugar in the egg white (adjust according to personal taste)

Put the milk in the pot and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. After taking out the pot and letting it cool, a thin layer of milk skin can be produced. As shown below.

Pour the milk into another bowl. Don't fall completely, leave some milk in it. So as not to stick the milk skin on the bowl.

Pour the egg whites into the milk.

Mix the egg whites and milk evenly. There are egg bubbles that have emerged on it, which must be skimmed through the net. It is beautifully steamed in this way.

Then pour it into the bowl of the milk skin. This step is to slowly pour into it, so that the milk skin will appear on the upper layer. (It's best to use a pot with a mouth)

Finally put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes, then stuffy for 10 minutes, it's fresh out of the oven! Put kiwi fruit on it.
