Because children like to eat noodles very much, I started to make handmade noodles at home. Home-made noodles are not only hygienic but also delicious. Everyone knows that dragon fruit is rich in blue anthocyanin, which is good for the body. Using her to make noodles, the beautiful appearance makes people appetite. Since fruits are rich in fiber, it will hinder the formation of gluten when used for making noodles. The noodles are not only easy to break, but also have a slightly worse taste. I happened to see this arowana dumpling powder in the supermarket suitable for hand-rolled noodles, so I didn’t hesitate to buy it. Give it a try, it really lived up to expectations. Even if you make noodles with water and juice, the noodles are still so strong and delicious, haha, it will be noodles in the future. . . "

Tips:

Tips:
1. To make handmade noodle dough, the drier the better.
2. I use dragon fruit to make a juice without sieving, and the dragon fruit seeds are added to the dough together, haha, keep everything.
3. If you are making handmade noodles for a baby under 1 year old, it is recommended not to add salt when making noodles, because the baby is too young to eat salt.
