Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Take half of the dragon fruit and cut it into small pieces, and put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator for 3 hours to freeze hard.

Freeze the ice cubes in advance.

Reserve a small portion of the dragon fruit, and put all the rest into the blender. Add 150g of yogurt, 8 ice cubes, and a small spoon of sugar into the blender to make a smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into a cup and top with the remaining 30g of yogurt.

Finally, put the dragon fruit reserved before and sprinkle with colored sugar for decoration.
Tips:
Pitaya must be frozen hard
