Dried Bonito and Peanut Porridge

Soak the dried bonito in water to soften it.

Tear up and set aside. (When torn, remove the thorns that slipped through the net by the way.)
3.
Soak the peanuts in boiling water.
4.
Peel off the skin. (After setting it up, I poured it into the pot, so I had to fish out a few and take a picture.)
5.
Wash the white rice.
6.
Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the bonito, rice and peanuts in a high heat and bring to a boil.
7.
Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours, add salt to taste.
