Dried Lentils Roasted Pork

Dried lentils are softened with boiling water or warm water. It takes about half an hour for boiling water to soften. Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

After the lentils are dry cleaned, boil them in the pot for half a minute and then remove them. Rinse them again. There will be some dust when they are dried. Rinse and blanch them to remove some bacteria and taste better.

Heat up the pot without putting oil. Stir-fry the pork belly until the color changes, add ginger and shallots, then add half a tablespoon each of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, add rice wine and continue to stir fry.

Then add the dried lentils and stir well, add some boiling water, add rock sugar and bring to a boil.

Transfer to a casserole and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and simmer for 5 minutes, add chopped green onion and serve. Simmer in a casserole. The rice simmered in soup is also delicious. No other cooking oil is added to this dish, and the taste is not greasy.
Tips:
It is better to choose pork belly.
